由山東大學(xué)電氣工程學(xué)院主辦的前沿講座于2020年7月23日下午4點(diǎn)通過(guò)騰訊會(huì)議平臺(tái)成功舉辦。本次講座邀請(qǐng)到EirGrid團(tuán)隊(duì)的高級(jí)工程師Dr. Peter Wall作為主講嘉賓。本次講座由山東大學(xué)電氣工程學(xué)院蔡德宇副研究員主持。
Dr. Peter從愛(ài)爾蘭和北愛(ài)爾蘭電力來(lái)自可再生能源的長(zhǎng)期需求和技術(shù)短缺的現(xiàn)狀展開(kāi),介紹一種安全、穩(wěn)定的市場(chǎng)和監(jiān)管框架——“System Performance、System Policies、System Tools”(DS3),其作為靈活性解決方案和服務(wù),將成為未來(lái)高可再生能源運(yùn)營(yíng)的基礎(chǔ)。接著Dr. Peter詳細(xì)介紹了團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)穩(wěn)態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)的安全性研究,及對(duì)電壓、頻率、熱過(guò)載和系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)資源等的評(píng)估。指出DS3在時(shí)域模擬前可以快速發(fā)現(xiàn)并減輕慣性稀缺性,以高互連率和高快速動(dòng)態(tài)儲(chǔ)備為特征的高可再生性場(chǎng)景在低頻率下表現(xiàn)出更好的性能,快速動(dòng)態(tài)儲(chǔ)備對(duì)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性至關(guān)重要,豐富的快速儲(chǔ)備資源可以掩蓋調(diào)度實(shí)踐中由于儲(chǔ)備組合和系統(tǒng)條件的變化而產(chǎn)生的差距。最后探討了模型的局限性和大規(guī)模系統(tǒng)研究的挑戰(zhàn),表示今后還需要修訂日程安排辦法以應(yīng)對(duì)儲(chǔ)備組合的變化。
在提問(wèn)環(huán)節(jié)中,大家就自己的疑惑與Dr. Peter進(jìn)行了充分的交流。蔡德宇副研究員和金朝陽(yáng)副教授也對(duì)DS3的運(yùn)行和建模提出了相應(yīng)的問(wèn)題。本期前沿講座在百余名研究生的線(xiàn)上觀看下圓滿(mǎn)落下帷幕。
主講人簡(jiǎn)介:
Dr. Peter Wall is a senior innovation engineer in EirGrid’s innovation team. He is responsible for performing technical studies for the DS3 programme (EirGrid’s programme for delivering secure, cost effective operation with 75% converter penetration) and the EU-SysFlex project (a €26.5m Horizon 2020 project with 34 partners from across Europe’s energy sector). Before joining EirGrid Dr Wall was a consultant with RINA, working on renewable energy connections and a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Manchester where he was involved in multiple network innovation competition projects (VISOR, EFCC, FITNESS) and the Horizon 2020 MIGRATE project. Dr Wall received his PhD from the University of Manchester for his work on inertia estimation and has co-authored 48 research papers.
